之前的擔憂或許是多餘的

胃生病了

昨天去做胃鏡檢查，果然我的胃真的生病了~
醫生說我的胃有多處發炎，胃酸逆流，膽汁也逆流，真正的報告還要等2月1日才能知道結果。醫生還給了我一張胃酸逆流的衛教單，以後要多多注意自己的生活作息和飲食習慣。

生活習慣方面：在睡前2小時勿進餐點，進食後無立即平躺，進食採少量多餐約7分飽即可，平躺睡覺時可將頭胸部抬高約15~20公分。

在飲食方面：避免刺激性食物如香菸、酒、咖啡、茶、可樂、巧克力等。此外油炸食物、糯米類製品、味精等調味料及少數蔬果如蔥、洋蔥、鳳梨、柑橘、香蕉、番茄，豆類也應儘量避免。平時應保持排便通暢，減少脹氣便秘情形。

電影: 不能沒有你 ( No Puedo Vivir Sin Ti )

電影一開始父親抱著女兒在天橋上坐視要跳樓的畫面。然後返回兩個星期前，在廟裡拜拜的情形。當看到一個小女孩在檢糖果的側臉時，我嚇到了!! 那個小女孩的側臉跟我小時候長的好象。

故事是這樣的，爸爸與女兒相依為命的住在高雄裡一個漁港，生活雖然很幸苦，但是卻還過得去。為了讓女兒能夠上學，爸爸從高雄跑到台北只為了幫女兒報戶口，但是沒想到一直沒能順利辦好。最後，爸爸在沒有選擇的情況下選擇在天橋上大聲的抗議。也因為這樣，他和女兒從此就被分隔兩地~

這是一部真的很值得看的電影。感動了我，也讓我想起了自己的家人~
